It contains two control rooms, a live room, and a voiceover booth, each supporting different setup needs. Balancing technical control with comfort, the space accommodates both focused shoots and larger configurations, offering a dependable environment for visually and sound-sensitive production work.

The Audio Studio is fully soundproofed, with balanced acoustic treatment throughout to maintain a controlled, echo-free environment suitable for film and television production. Electrical isolation prevents interference from external sources, ensuring clean audio during shoots. The space features fixed overhead lighting and a distinctive illuminated feature wall in the main room, providing consistent, controllable illumination for camera setups.
This climate-controlled space includes high-speed internet, dedicated power access, and nearby shared amenities such as a kitchenette and two washrooms—one suitable for wardrobe changes. The adjoining Boardroom is available for meetings or client use, and locations equipment and expendables are provided to support production needs throughout the rental.
These spaces offer flexible options for production support & meetings, client or talent holding and can be set up for hair, makeup & wardrobe upon request.
